Q : How many boxes does this product come packed in?

A : 3 boxes in total. Generally, they will arrive on the same day. It is recommended to start unpacking and assembly after both boxes are received.

A :GARVEE provides free after-sales support for up to 365 days. Includes free accessories and instructions. (Damages caused by disasters, man-made, or other force majeure factors are not included)

 

Q :Is this carport windproof?

A :It is not designed for anti-strong gale. When the wind speed exceeds levels 5 (Beaufort scale), it is recommended to add additional reinforcement like sandbags(50lb above) or disassemble the carport to avoid potential losses.

 

Q :Is this carport Anti-snow?

A :Although the carport can withstand a certain amount of snow (2''-5''), we recommend clearing the snow on the roof regularly to prevent damage caused by exceeding the product's max load capacity (3 pounds per square foot).
