A hardy perennial with aromatic, sweet flavoured leaves producing small white flowers in Summer. Marjoram thrives in an open, sunny, well drained position. Suitable for pots.

Harvest: All year round and prune regularly to maintain a compact shape.

Uses: Leaves are used to flavour marinades, infusions, salad dressings, soups, pasta, meat and vegetable dishes.
