Magnolia figo x yunnanensis 'White Caviar'

A medium-sized evergreen magnolia adorned with glossy, rounded green foliage which provides an attractive backdrop for its perfumed, creamy, tulip-like flowers. These flowers feature pink-hued stamens and bloom during both spring and summer.

Cultural
Prefers a full sun position with moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil. It can tolerate partial shade but dislikes overly wet conditions in winter. Prune to shape in early summer after flowering and fertilize in spring. Mulch and water during drier months especially when the plant is establishing itself.

Landscape Uses
Ideal for both formal and informal hedging, this plant is excellent for lining driveways due to its responsiveness to clipping. Its fragrance makes it a delightful addition near outdoor entertaining areas. It also thrives when grown in containers, forming a beautifully clipped, rounded shrub.
